The buccal obturator for artificial respiration of patients comprises a deformable elliptic plate (2) surrounded with a tyre (1). Said tyre is formed by an air chamber provided with an air supply pipe (3) and composed of an elastic sheet. A tube (4) goes through the center portion of the plate (2). The buccal obturator is placed in the dentilabial space of the lower and upper jaws of a patient. The tyre provides a sealed closure with the outside of the buccal cavity in cooperation with the gum, the lips and the cheeks. An air current through the tube reaches the respiratory tract of the patient and comes out also through the tube, from the respiratory tract towards the outside.

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for artificial ddhani mouth to mouth. It is also known to have a mouth-to-mouth breathing apparatus, containing a removable rigid breathing tube, which is inserted into the mouth. with the possibility of connecting to a device for artificial respiratory ventilation or a breathing donor, an element for fixing the breathing tube in the patient's mouth in the form of an elliptical washer with a central hermetic breathing mouth felling and node sealing the nasal passages 2. However, the known devices are difficult to maintain and do not provide a leaktight connection to the patient and, as a result, the reliability of artificial respiration. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of artificial respiration and simplify maintenance. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for artificial respiration, containing a removable rigid breathing tube inserted into the mouth, which can be connected to the device for artificial ventilation of the lungs or to the breathing hole, the patient's breathing tube fixation element is in the form of an elliptical washer. with the central hermetic inlet of the respiratory tube and the nasal passages sealing unit, the washer of the fixation element is made elastic and provided with an edge thickening c. vi de pneumatic tires. In addition, the pneumatic tire is made of a soft foam plastic mass and has a cross section close to the circumference. At the same time, the pneumatic valve has a gas supply hose and a gas pressure regulation unit. The gas pressure regulating unit is designed as an elastic cylinder with a check valve. 1 shows the part of ycTpovlcTBcj inserted into the mouth; in fig. 2 is a section through L — A in FIG. The part of the device inserted into the mouth consists of an inflatable pneumatic tire 1 with an airway hose 2, a deformable washer 3 and a last tube 4 passing through the center. The washer 3 can be made, for example, of a sheet that is covered on both sides with plastic film in order to protect against corrosion or mounting of a pneumatic tire. B. A pneumatic tire 1 is provided with an inflatable ring fixed to the circumference of the washer 3. A hose 2 entering the pneumatic tire serves to inflate the pneumatic tire. The device inserted into the nose contains two pneumatic plugs 5, a housing-carrier b and an air hose 7 with a control balloon 8 and a check valve 9. The distance between the two pneumatic plugs 5 corresponds approximately to the distance between the two nostrils of an adult. The body carrier 6 has a cavity 10 into which the air hose 7 enters. Both pneumatic plugs 5 are sealed tightly in the carrier body b by means of the support pipe 11 and the cuff 12, the support pipe 11 of Gabena at its end distant from the fixed end, the cap 13, on which a pneumatic plug 5 is fixed. Air enters from the cavity 10 of the housing 6 into the pneumatic plug 5 from one side through the slots 14 of the support pipe 11 inside the cavity 10, and from the other side through the holes inside the pneumatic plug 5. The device bots as follows. A breathing tube 4 with a washer 3 and a pneumatic tire 1 is inserted into the patient's mouth. The hose 2 in the tire serves the required gas pressure. Pneumatic plugs 5 of the nasal passages assembly are inserted into the nasal passages. Through the hose 7, the required gas pressure is supplied to the plugs 5 (created by ynpyi by a cylinder 8 of the gas pressure regulating unit). The breathing tube 4 is connected to a device for artificial ventilation of the lungs or to a breathing donor (not shown), which supply artificial respiration to the patient. This device provides reliable artificial respiration and simplifies patient care.

1. DEVICE FOR ARTIFICIAL RESPIRATION, containing a removable rigid breathing tube inserted into the mouth, configured to be connected to a ventilator or to a respiratory donor, an element for fixing the breathing tube in the patient's mouth in the form of an elliptical washer with a central hermetic inlet of the breathing tube and a node sealing the nasal passages, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of artificial respiration and simplify maintenance, the washer of the fixation element is made elastic and equipped with aevym thickening in the form of a pneumatic tire.
